My passion is helping people get better at what they love to do. I enjoy working with individuals and teams to figure out how they can do what they already do even better. There is intrinsic and economic value to everything we do, and we only have so much time in which to do it. Best to spend it wisely!
I love solving "people problems." Being a good leader. Connecting with partners, clients, and customers. Getting along with coworkers. Getting your business on board with a new direction. And ultimately, pursuing your own passion and doing what you were born to do.
I am a firm believer that few of us ever reach our full potential. But with proper desire, focus, and determination, most of us could at least get a whole lot closer.
If you are not in charge, focus on making your bosses look better and learn everything you can. If you are in charge, make sure you are positioning your team to perform at their best. Give them proper resources and attention, and teach them not just what to do, but how to lead. But most of all, never be the reason they don't succeed.
If you would like to discuss your "People Problems," follow this blog or find me on Twitter or LinkedIn. Alone we wander, but together we can find our chosen path!

Ask More and Better Questions
We are a judgement driven society. We need to ask better questions and demand dialogue, not shut down opinions that differ from our own. Freedom of speech is the first amendment for a reason. Without it we have no freedom at all.
People should learn to ask more and better questions. If you agree I invite you to post them here. Let's collect questions we need to be asking of ourselves and our leaders. I don't think ANYONE is doing this well right now.
Does it make sense to put energy into suing the president? And over an executive order that will be meaningless by the time it reaches court?
Immigrants have been pouring into our country at an alarming rate since December 2013. Why are we just now hearing about it in July 2014?
Do we still have a free press?
What role does God have in America?
What if our government is actively bringing our country down from within?
These are just a few to get you started...
We're driving the curiosity out of our kids and therefore our society. We need to ask more and better questions. The future of our way of life depends on it.
